Two boys and two girls are setting up a new Christian mission that isn't entirely welcome in the community: there's "Jordan" (Aj Knight) and "Eli" (Gregory Shelby) and there's "Lindsey" (Kelsey Boze) and "Kara" (Megan Ann Hensley). Amidst all the of their praising of the Lord, though, there is some mischief afoot. "Eli" is a little keen on "Kara" but nowhere near so keen as "Jordan" is on him - as exemplified by him only just escaping the discovery of his embarrassing "morning wood" when the two men decide to both sleep at the same end of the bed they share. Then things take a more public turn for "Jordan" when he is caught watching his mate in the shower and is then exposed, rather ungallantly I felt, to the group by her. Of course this sort of homosexual behaviour cannot be tolerated, but they must also remember their doctrine of forgiveness - even if that does result in poor old "Jordan" being pretty much shunned by his colleagues. Then something starts to change in this hitherto amiable young man. He becomes prone to temper-tantrums which invariably involves him rolling about on the floor in his pants with "Eli" and then, well quick - send for Vera Farmiga - it seems the pour soul might be possessed by a demonic spirit - a sort of Beelze-bum? Anyway, what now ensues is just really quite silly and though I did actually raise a smile at the very last scene, the rest of this treads a very fine line between the ridiculous, the religious and even a little of the brutal. It doesn't miss and hit the wall with it's obvious critique of church hypocrites and Knight and Shelby do gel well enough when they are on screen together, but the rest of the acting - especially Boze, the writing and the very low budget production standards do it no favours at all.
